Again, the nomenclature may be slightly different on your monitor, but the concepts will be the same. I have successfully changed the backup camera on my 2013 flex. All you need to do is hold that button down for about 10 seconds, and that should reset your camera back to factory condition. The fix is to replace the camera and have it reprogrammed.
